I’m Michelle, and I work with women marketing executives who’ve built strong careers but feel stuck, overlooked, or drained from doing all the right things without being noticed.

For 20+ years, I led global pharma and CPG brands at the highest level. On the outside, I was thriving. Inside, I felt unappreciated, uninspired, and like my spark was gone. That disconnect drove me to make a bold shift—and now I help other ambitious women do the same.
That doesn’t always mean walking away from the job or career you’ve built. It means getting honest about what’s no longer working—and making the shifts that reignite your energy, visibility, and impact.
My work isn’t about pushing you to work harder or pretend to be someone you’re not. It’s about helping you take back the reins, become the obvious first choice for promotion, and create a career that lights you up again—without sacrificing your
