For more than 20 years, I built a career that looked exactly like success was
supposed to look.
EVP title. NYC apartment with views of the water. Leading global pharma and CPG brands, managing teams, delivering campaigns that won awards and moved markets. On paper, I had made it.
Inside, I was carrying a question I couldn't put down: is this really what I'm meant to do?
I didn't say that out loud. Not at work. Not really anywhere. I kept showing up, performing, while the noise in my head got louder.
It took working with an energy practitioner, a retreat in Costa Rica, and a lot of honest reflection to finally give myself permission to want something different. Not to burn everything down. Just to stop pretending the version of success I had built was still the right fit.
So, I left my 20+ year career. Got credentialed as a coach. And somewhere in the process of building something new, I realized what I was actually here to do.

Life Outside of Work: Meet Michelle
When I’m not coaching, you’ll usually find me recharging in ways that fuel the work I do.
Travel and retreats have shaped my perspective and reminded me of the power of bold decisions.
At home, I keep my energy grounded with rituals—morning meditation, movement, and time in nature. Cooking, yoga, swimming, and dancing all remind me that joy outside of work is what makes joy inside of work sustainable.
And if you hear barking in the background? That’s Bentley and Bailey, my twin beagles who keep me present and playful in and out of work.
